Weekly Live Breathwork Journey.
Weekly online breathwork experiences to guide you an a journey back home to you, creating transformation mentally, physically and emotionally. The ceremonies will alternate between Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings and the recordings will be available in the portal within 24 hours so you can enjoy at your own pace ๐ซ
Monthly Breathwork + Cacao Experience.
A powerful way to release tension and stress from the comfort of your own home, allowing you to heal, process and release in a safe space. This ultimately supports in deactivating the flight-or-fight response, provides you with deep clarity on the big questions, and accelerates healing processes. The ceremonies will take place on the last Sunday of every month and recordings will be available within 24 hours so you can enjoy at your own pace.
You can either book a one off spot for $44, or join via the Mana Kai Online Studio (free for members).

The Mana Kai Studio membership is on a monthly cycle, which means you can cancel anytime. Once you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to the live calls and members area. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds.

For the monthly ceremonies, youโll need access to a computer to log on to Zoom, and we recommend setting up a comfortable, quiet + safe space.
We also recommend having water, a journal, and blankets close by :)
