By consciously controlling the breath, we can enhance mental and emotional states by accessing and influencing the autonomic nervous system (the intricate control center governing involuntary bodily functions). We can also influence the release of neurotransmitters, such as endorphins and serotonin, and impact brain activity, modulating neural networks involved in emotional regulation and self-awareness.

MOVEMENT

Combining somatic and energetic movement practices to cultivate power, create balance + strength and shift emotional blocks⁣ //
